Budget Revision gives project managers one place to plan a project's finances over time. Each revision covers labour, revenue, and third-party spend, with actuals pulled automatically from Business Central postings, and records a progress value so financial health and completion sit side by side. Nothing is overwritten: the full revision history per project is kept.
Admins get a portfolio Dashboard that rolls totals up across every project: margin and efficiency indicators, automatic low, medium, and high risk bands, a progress distribution, per-manager breakdowns, and time-series charts for performance, budget, and capacity.
